Short Range Transit Plan (SRTP)

The SRTP provides a comprehensive overview of Santa Cruz METRO's current fixed-route public transit operations in Santa Cruz County and provides a framework of service standards and policies to focus transit resources during the planning period from 2008 through 2012. The SRTP establishes an initial justification for capital and operating projects which may be selected for programming in the regional and statewide transportation improvement programs.
