Santa Cruz METRO is celebrating Earth Day by offering free fares countywide on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Riders can take advantage of free METRO services across all fixed-route, ParaCruz, and Highway 17 Express buses. Weekends: Westridge Dr will not be served. Going outbound to Freedom Centre, from Harkins Slough Road to Main St, the route will run on S. Green Valley Road and serve S. Green Valley Rd & Main (Stop ID 2721). Inbound to Watsonville Transit Center, S. Green Valley Rd & Main (Stop ID 2552) will be served.
