Service AlertsStarting April 17, 2025, Route 73 will operate on a detour due to the closure of the Park Avenue on/off ramps. The route will use Park Avenue and Bay Avenue in both directions. No bus stops will be affected. This detour will remain in place until further notice.
Holiday Service Reminder: Independence Day, Friday, July 4, 2025, local METRO service and ParaCruz will not operate. Highway 17 Express will run on a weekend schedule. Customer Service will be closed.
Route 73 Summer Service (eff. 6/19/25): Due to construction near the Park Ave interchange, Route 73 will continue the current detour via 41st Ave, Hwy 1, Bay Ave, Monterey Ave, and Park Ave before resuming its regular route on Soquel Dr to Watsonville.
