To inquire about and claim lost & found items:
- Call Customer Service during business bours or submit a Lost & Found Report
- Lost items may be claimed ONLY during Customer Service business hours.
- Lost & Found items are NOT released by Security personnel after Customer Service business hours.
- Lost bicycles can be claimed directly from Security personnel.
- Legal photo Identification is required for all claims
- METRO Bus Operators and staff will NOT use bus radios to check on lost items, except in extreme emergencies.
